I bought my daughter a hoverboard for Christmas, she was so excited. It stopped working after 20 minutes and it hasn't worked since. I contacted customer service on the 36th of January and numerous times since and I still cannot get any advice or help with this. It is a disgraceful company with faulty goods and awful customer service, stay away from them!!!
