Item did not work and their agent-retailer was uncooperative and I was stuck with a product (humidifier) that did not work. I was also charged an additional amount by post office even though shipping was included in price. If there was choice of zero stars I would use that. Final note, I did finally contact manufacturer who following online tests concluded humidifier was faulty and they would replace if seller returned and credited shipping costs. Seller Fruugo represented by iewarehouse refused.
