Would give zero stars if possible. This is a "middleman" operation and doesn't seem to care once they've got your money. Ordered a simple pan December 7th 2020; still waiting on Jan.2 2021. Tracking dated Dec 8 tells me it's in the Netherlands; nothing since then.
ALSO: I had no idea this was indeed coming from Europe. If I had I wouldn't have bothered. Fruugo has lost another customer.
Amazon delivered the same thing in 3 days.
I've asked for a refund; let's see what happens.
