I ordered a Weird Fish Gilet on the 15 November thinking that it was coming straight from the Weird Fish website. I must admit that I thought it rather strange when I was billed by Fruugo but thought no more of it. The Gilet was too large so I sent it back with their return label and a tracking number. They received it back on the 2nd December. Having not received a refund I contacted them via email on the 30th December and apart from the standard acknowledgment and standard ,'we will get back within 48 hours', not a single word has been heard. I shall keep trying and if no luck (which, after reading lots of bad reviews, I doubt I will hear from them) I will get in touch with Weird Fish. I really thought I was quite canny but have got caught out here.
