Ordered goods on 3/12/20 which have never arrived. Many messages left on their 'Help' line, to no avail. Neither they or merchant have responded, and calling them by phone is a waste of time...no-one there, and referred back to the hopeless 'Help' line. I'm in an endless loop, and out of pocket.
Absolutely hopeless. Should be ashamed of themselves.
