I'm having unbelievable problems with an order which I've clearly and concisely explained and no one at Fruugo or the supplier is taking any notice.
I ordered two identical items. Only one item arrived, before Xmas, so I waited for the second item. After a couple of weeks I contacted the Fruugo and explained I had only received one. I've sent back the courier photo along with the size of the product to show it would be impossible to get 2 items in the one package and they just keep telling me its been delivered when I've shown it has. Totally unprofessional!!!!
