Horrible Customer Service . I would advise everyone to stay clear from Fruugo. I made an order on the 15/12/20. In the nect 7 days, no shipping or tracking info was provided at all. Even after an enquiry was sent, they still did not provide me with tracking details. At this point i decided to cancel my order and submitted my cancellation, of which they promptly replied(unlike my oprev enquiries) that the item has been processed and shipped and can no longer be cancelled. Coincidence much? Estimated delivery is 5/1/21 - 18/1/21. Its the 21/1/21 as i write this review and have yet to receive my item nor any shipping and tracking info at all. Please for your own sake, stay away from Fruugo, Their customer service is abysmal
