Horrible service! I ordered a product and after 1 hour emailed a request to cancel the order. I recieved an answer saying they may or may not be able to cancel. 8 hours later I recieved an email saying the product was sent. I guess 8 hours is not enough time for costumer service to pick up the phone and stop the retailer from sending the product. This is the answer I recieved from "costumer" service, needless to say Grace didn't get back to me and probably didn't try to stop the order.
