I placed an order for some "artificial" plants on the 06 January 2021. Two weeks later part of the order arrived, the items were paid through my PayPal Account. Since the arrival of teh part order, I have followed up with Fruugo ever since to try and determine where the remainder of my order is? Being sent back and forth like a ping pong ball. Only to be advised two days ago that my order was delivered to me but returned due to two reasons:- 1 - incorrect billing address, not correct especially since part of the order arrived as mentioned above. 2.- No one at home, unbelievable, we have been at level 5 lockdown here in Ireland since the beginning of January and because my husband as underlying health issues, we have not left our house. We have everything delivered including groceries. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and attention provided hitherto. To compound matters, I have been advised that I would not obtain a refund of €238.00 until the goods have arrived back to Fruugo, albeit the error was not mine. I made the purchase through the Fruugo.ie website, and quite honestly never again!! It appears the service team are chasing "tails" and providing generic responses as to why items were not delivered, without first checking out the facts. In comparison, I purchased some household items last Sunday 07th Feb. on a website called AliExpress, the items in question I had actually seen on the Fruugo website, however I wasn't going to take a chance on purchasing with Fruugo. Not only did the goods arrive yesterday from AliExpress, I also received a follow up call from them asking if we were happy with the items purchased, that's what I call service. I have communicated further with Fruugo regarding further information, "Silence" no further responses.
