Had to give one star, no option for a zero star! How can a Company like Fruugo UK keep being allowed to trade with so many nagative reviews, also from other sites. They should be struck off from trading. A bike they supplied was damaged and so badly made it was unfit for purpose. It is impossible to put it together. Been waiting several weeks for them to admit to it and pay the refund I've requested. I don't think they will? I'm being lead on a merry go round just going around in circles. That's even after sending them all the information for proof that they've asked for. Scammers!!!
