Worst site I've ever been on in my entire life. Ordered an item 2-3 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived yet. 500 swedish kr did it cost, thats around 50 us dollars. Half my student income that we have in sweden... And the worst customer service in the histor. I have written 3 messages to them and is still waiting for answers. The first one I sent was about 8 days ago and it says that they should respond within 48 hours. In also, it says that the item was last registered in dubblin on March 9. What does it do in dubblin when I see clearly that it says that it was sent from sweden? It's probably the case that the delivery has lost it and fruugo can't stand for this, so they're going to ingnore me.
