Placed an order on March, the item was listed stocks available, but took 2 weeks and retailer still doesn't send out my parcel. Raised an enquiry, email was sent back and forth about this issue and retailer ended up saying there's no stock. Asked me if I would like to keep waiting until stocks available, I refused and asked for refund. Been waiting for another week now and still no respond. Scamming and garbage site, customer service doesn't look like they give a single fxxk too. Should have done more research before buying anything from fruugo.
