Order on Apr 2, 2021. Product never arrived. Past delivery date time frame. Send enquiry though website as there is no contact phone #. and got tracking # from seller. Tracking # is invalid. Called Canada Post and confirmed that the tracking is invalid. Send enquiry to ask for refund and Fruugo staff said if sender is unable to send the item then they will refund and closed my enquiry. Since the enquiry is close, I can no longer contact them though the web. My product is still not arrived and no way to contact them through their website as they closed my enquiry. This is not how a business should operate. This is fraud. I filed an anti fraud claim today and will escalate this matter.
