I ordered a single bed including various accessories for our little daughter on January, 16th, 2021 on fruugoschweiz.ch. The bed was delivered on February, 2nd from Germany (apart the delivery cost that was indicated on Fruugo’s website, unexpectedly we had to pay a custom fee that all together costed us half of the bed price). After assembling the bed, we have discovered that the under-bed parts are missing. I contacted Fruugo’s customer care on February, 6th, attaching the photos of the assembled bed and of the wrong pieces that we had received. Since then, I have been trying to get in touch with them every second week, and they promise me that the under-bed will be delivered soon, which is not true at all. After 3,5 months since the bed was ordered nothing happened. My daughter is still waiting for her bed to be fully delivered. On fruugo: you pay 100%, you receive 50% of the goods + 0% of customer care. Better stay away!
