I returned a package unopened since i found it less than half elsewhere. I got my retun authorization no problem, shipped the product, product was received but it took over two months to get my refund and this after several contacts with Fruugo customer service who sent my request to seller who of course never replied. Finally, I opened a dispute with PayPal , they got me my refund. Never again, buyers beware!
