Totally the worst experience of ordering online..
I placed my order on 17APR21. They gave me a wrong track code, I realized this only yesterday because I made some calls in post offices!!
So I send a message for my order , they replied that OK sorry I had the wrong track code, they send me a new one , again it is wrong since I saw that package was delivered in May!!
I have sent 4 more emails and I am requesting a refund, but of course no-one answers. Also checked on other review sites that this is a usual tactic for fruugo.
So I would recommend to not use it!!
For sure we all can find more reliable sites to order.
