Ordered some sunglasses off fruugo.ca thinking it was a Canadian website. Agreed to the cost of the glasses plus shipping.
I received a notification that I was to pay another $41 in duty fees. Contact fruugo saying I would now be paying more than if I were to purchase in a store. Told it was too late and had to accept the order, too bad so sad.
Order came in a damaged box. Complained to the courier who said to contact the retailer. No word from fruugo at all.
