Product ordered, money taken, nothing delivered. Customer service is non existent. Delivery time is, I’m told, in breach of UK consumer law. Having to check regarding Europe. I believe that if you take peoples money you have to have a system where you are easily contactable, this is not the case here. I would suggest that there are other market platforms where the same products can be purchased without the hassle. I’ve seen other reviews, unfortunately belatedly, that say this firm is a scam etc. I don’t know if that’s true or if it’s inefficient or apathetic but it’s peoples hard earned that they’re messing with. I certainly will not be using again.
