Atrocious (for want of a more appropriate expression) client service with even worse standard operating procedures for a company that makes its money in e-commerce. Twice I've used this company and twice they have royally demonstrated gross incompetence and a f*ck you attitude. Mistakes happen for sure but if you want a happy, hassle free on line shopping experience with a company that takes responsibility, you would be best advised to give these idiots a wide berth.
