I ordered some Birkenstock’s - I was having difficulty finding the style I wanted in Canada so I ordered it through Fruugo. Then, I checked the reviews and thought that I had made a rookie mistake. To my surprise, I got exactly what I ordered one week earlier that the commitment. It came from Italy so I was charged a hefty fee from Canadian customs, but as promised on the Fruugo website, I was refunded the full customs amount by Fruugo. They provided excellent service.
