Atrocious. No order in sight after 3 months and various back-and-forths via their in-website enquiry mechanism. Getting nowhere except canned responses. Not even a tracking number in sight despite asking for one over 5 times. The website is also obnoxious and awful, keeps throwing me to badly-auto-translated version despite manual selection, and logging me out while surfing.
