I never received my package which I paid a lot of money for. Fruugo claims to have sent it by post ( why) it should of been sent by courier. I never received anything. I went to the post office and they said it was sent back to the UK (I used fruugo.ae) I have sent many emails asking someone to help me. I get vague responses as no one knows !?! Sooo frustrated!! How can you take someone’s money and not provide them the service ?? Will definitely not use this company ever again and will definitely take this further.
