my experience with this website has been nothing but moserably disappointing;
1- delivery time has been changed twice for no obvious reason other than bad management;
2- customer help create, as if it were, a distance between retailers and customers;
3- no tracking of order
4- obscure return and cancelation terms
5- if they actually give a damn, they will change their customer care approach in the future, but the only thing that will change is that the market forces will kick them out, hopefully very soon.
