BEWARE!! Problems with their website for Returns and Customer service not reachable! Their website has problems when it comes time to return… it is giving me “an unexpected error occurred - please try again later”…now for 3 days…Not reassuring and you cannot reach Fruugo, they send your message to the retailer who sold the goods. NOT USEFUL! And now I am afraid I will get passed the allowed time to make my return. Lots of other Web companies are much more organized to provide TRUE customer service. Don’t waist your time.
