I ordered a pet collar camera on 7 August 2021. I knew it was coming from China so thought it would take a while, but two months? I have just checked the so-called "Royal Mail" tracking number to find it is not recognised. Fruugo's alternative tracking method leads to a blank screen. I have contacted the retailer but doubt the item was ever dispatched.
