This company is actually a joke. I ordered my costume over a month ago to specially avoid getting my costume late. I bought my Halloween costume for over 50€ and they had told me I would get it between the end of September and first week of October. It did not come around the estimated date so I waiting til mid October. I emailed them as I saw my parcel was stuck in customs. I emailed customs and they said there is no parcel there. I emailed fruugo to ask where it was and they said it’s in my country on it way to my local post office and should be sent to me soon. I checked the Traxking number and it says in my country going to my local post office. I checked a few days later and it said it was then in holland. I emailed fruugo and they have had no answers to where my parcel is. I am demanding for a refund and they are avoiding my demand. I had no costume for Halloween. If your thinking of buying off fruugo don’t. This was the worst experience and I will take them to small claims court soon if they do nit give me my refund. My rating to them is -919347271819192992
