The order we placed long before Christmas arrived in time but the clock we ordered doesn’t work and it shows that it’s been too long now to return it. That’s a week after Christmas. Our family just opened it and it doesn’t work and now we have a gift that’s going in the trash. Horrible experience and I will never order from this company again. I will tell all my family and friends about this experience. It’s not about the money, we’ll eat that, it’s the service or lack of and no one to take ownership and stand behind a product but SO quick to take your money. I should have just stuck with Amazon!
