I ordered something on November 20 2021, received email to say being despatched from Sweden on December 2 and should arrive by December 15, as of January 9 nothing, sent email to them December 20, they advised as I didn't choose express post it could take a while and that was it.
Don't ever buy from a company based in Sweden to go to NZ, there is no phone numbers just emails, meaning if they don't reply you can't do much
Terrible company and people. Glad it was only $40
