I bought a CD player for my granddaughter in June. It arrived on time but the volume button was default. After my third email they eventually responded back. They referred me to the middleman who referred me to the retailer who referred me to whoever knows. They required for the CD player to be returned to them. Fair enough, but when I went to the postshop, I was advided that the postage would be $60 - almost the same price as the CD player. I emailed FRUUGO and they sent me UK postal vouchers. As we are in Australia the Postshop didn't accept the vouchers. I emailed FRUUGO once again and they just said to send the CD player back at my own cost as they function from the UK and cannot refund me or send me the correct vouchers to return the CD player. A long story short: I am in possesion of a faulty CD player and that's it! So if you ever consider buying anything from FRUUGO, think twice. It's not worth the risk.
