I have finally given up hope. I ordered a camp bed R500 in June this year. No refund no delivery. I have phoned the head office 3 times. ( An international call). You might get service if you are in UK or USA but please if you are in Africa or Australia don't waste your money. I really get sad when I hear of people getting done out of their hard-earned cash by this lot who trade from a respectable address in the UK. Buyer Beware. Although I have given up hope of getting my money back I will continue to warn consumers in South Africa.
