Ordered some football boots, on the order screen it had american/uk sizing so followed the UK sizing for what I wanted. Arrived and turns out their sizing is wrong. They have refused a refund even tho they made the mistake!!! I could understand if they only offered American sizes on ordering but they had UK sizing on the order screen. I ordered my size uk but it wasn't right!!!! It was out by a whole shoe size!! Don't offer UK sizing if you can't convert it right!!! Useless!! And an email saying no refund or exchange!!! Beware!!!!
