I ordered a sweater for my son about 2 weeks before Christmas . And after I ordered it I read all the comments about how no one received their packages and how awful the customer service was . So I started freaking out when I received my confirmation and it had no tracking number associated with it. So all I could do was hope for the best because the package was supposed to ship from the UK. Thank god ! It came in the time frame they told me it would come !!! I was so happy and the sweater was perfect ! Only complaint I can make was the fact that there was no tracking number that was really discouraging . But I would order again!
