I ordered 2 radiator valves 3 weeks ago > the Fruugo email said the order was confirmed AND on its way > I never received the order > I sent an order status request, and all I got back was a refund with no apology or explanation of what happened to my “shipped order”. This stupid company caused construction delays and wasted time!!! Don’t use them.
