Ordered goods 2 months ago and never received it. after a lot of complaining to customer service, which is also bad, they send me a tracking link two months later. I can see on The tracking link that the parcel was accepted days ago. Meaning 2 months later they we‘re lying the whole time because the order was not even shipped. Just horrible experience.
