Rhon put my mind at ease with my concerns on the company I was dealing with and also confirmed the transit of goods. He has been great. I have received my parcel but unfortunately the sizing guide was not accurate on Outdoor Look website and my 2 pairs of shorts are too big so I now need to return them which is a shame and annoying as now I need to research how I do this from NZ to UK.
