From my first contact with Emma, I was confident my request was being dealt with and in good hands. Promptly after my call Emma was finished I received an e-mail from Emma explaining again her next course of actions. Within 48 from the top of my head I received another e-mail with tracking info. Today the package was here. All dealt with within 4 days from first contact with Emma, bearing in mind this was an international order! Well done Emma!
