Really impressed with Kate from Customer Services. I'd been chasing a refund with a company from whom I'd purchased some trainers via Fruugo and had not had a response for a number of weeks. Following an email to the Fruugo Customer Services Team, Kate responded to my message quickly and within 36hrs, I have my refund. Can't fault it! Thank you Kate
