I was well pleased with Fruugo. It was my first order with them and I was a bit nervous about the transaction, mostly because I thought the price was too good to be true. There was a delay in my delivery and when I contacted customer service, Kate responded to my inquiry within a matter of hours. It was through no fault of Fruugo or the vendor that my package was delayed. I will only say the delivery service began with the letter H. I would not hesitate to recommend Fruugo to friends and family. Once again,a big thank you to Kate and Grace.
