Item lost in transit which seems like the same excuse they give everyone. Once they told me it wast lost I emailed requesting item to be resent after they asked what I wanted to do..(foolishly I believed this was legit before reading online comments) once I confirmed I wanted the item resent I heard nothing back....this went on and on...I emailed and nothing..which brought me to the point of asking for a full refund. They have confirmed a refund will be sent let’s see if it does. Never will I be so stupid to use this company again. It’s a shame that Fruugo is incompetent, if you can’t handle the orders just stop taking orders it’s common sense.. look after the customers you have already taken money from before you waste other innocent customers time and take their money. Shame on you. *** New customers be prepared to be ignored and told your item is lost in transit. Avoid
