I had an issue with a refund and contacted Fruugo direct. Keiran took ownership of my issue (which wasn't a simple 'fix'), consulted with the supplier (communicating with me throughout) and solved my issue efficiently & quickly.
How real 'customer service' needs to be. Lots of other companies out there need to take note.
