Although our parcel went lost (we never received our item), we had BEST AFTER SALES SERVICE by Miss. Emma, who turned out our sad situation into a smile! When u pay in advance, and don't get the item then you fear you lost both, money and item. We had good contact with her and the situation was appreciably solved.
