recently I ordered, online, a cushion for a three seater garden bench in green. Afterwards I found that I had placed this order, a present for my son, in the wrong colour! I emailed your office and the auto reply asked me to log in to my account and contact the retailer to change the order from green to stone. I could not do this as your website wouldn't allow me to. I desperation I sent another email which Emma replied to and said she would try to help me out. A couple days later Emma reported she had done this and I would be receiving the correct colour. Emma went above and beyond to help me which I am very grateful for. In these hard times we need people like Emma who are customer focused, when there are not many staff who are not already furloughed and companies who are not even open, to ensure YOUR customers get full satisfaction. I look forward to my order now being delivered.
