I had a problem with shipping, apparently with the courier used by fruugo.
I contacted them with a delusional spirit because mine was an abroad shopping and I feared to arrive to no solutions and loose my money
Than between the 2 customer services I solved all.
Mostly it has been the swiss department that has been particularly professional caring and accurate.
I had constant contact with them and they mediated between the English fruugo and the courier.
At the end i discovered that this was a misunderstanding of couriers, I received an SMS from DPD and I thought it was my scale from UK, but that day I received other goods, from that the mistake.
They solved brilliantly the situation.
