This is without a doubt the worst site on the internet.
Use at your own peril. Its taken a month to get Fruugo to contact their supplier, I emailed the supplier 3 times and still haven't had a response. Then as Fruugo took so long and I had to chase them numerous times before they sent me a message saying that contacting them was slowing down the process of them responding to me. Well if you picked up the phone and spoke to your supplier and then came back to your customer in a timely manner perhaps your customers wouldn't have to chase you as well. The response from Fruugo was "we haven't heard back from them" Oh so you emailed them like I did and got no response just like I did. That's no surprise and such a poor attempt at customer service. Have you heard of a phone, have you ever thought about building relationships with your supplies so if and when something goes wrong you can fix it for the customers benefit.
Should of received the product a month ago and still no sign of my refund.
Quick to take your money but super slow in returning it.
