Unfortunately, Probably due to COVID-19 my parcel of some shoes went missing. These things happen. I had ordered two pairs of expensive running shoes. After investigating they decided to refund me 100%. I am sure it is not their fault, and these are hard times, but they did it anyway. Amazing service.
