Hi there, Well Ive had a very bad experience with Fruugo, got a delivery last week of a fly electronic killer thingy and not only did it not work it gave me a shock when plugged in, Ive rang them at least 5 times and emailed 3 times but still no reply. I just want a refund and have it picked up asap. I cant understand why no one has had the manners or decency to get back, its been 5 days now. Please check your emails and voicemails. Is there another number I can ring as it keeps going to voicemail? Very unhappy customer.
