I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered over a month ago, I waited the time given and more. I had to contac tthem to ask where l my order was, they then told me it was delayed 7-15 working days, then I was told by another customer service employee that it was 20 working days delayed, I was sent a link to track the package that doesn't even work. I'm being told to ask my post office about the package, that is not my job nor should I have to be constantly asking and checking the whereabout of the package. I was offered 15% discount on the next purchase as compensation!? As if I would ever be using their services again. I have requested a refund on serveral occassions and been ignored. I have never experience such a lack of interest or communication with any online purchase ever, and using Covid-19 as an excuse is pathetic, as I've order lots of other things from other providers and had 0 problem. Totally unorganised and carless. I still want my refund.
