Hi, As many of other customers even my parcel has been lost. It disaperade on way to Sweden. In these days, affected by Covid-19 pandemi, we must understand that this situation is not unsusal. I waited almost 6 weeks until my case has been solved, the payment has been refounden It is about mony, unpaid bills, yes, but for me, the most important was to have a good communication. Scarlett, from Customer Care, held me updated several times a week during the last weeks which gave me the patiance I needed in this situation. I am really thankfull to her!
