The bottom line is that Fruugo took almost 8 weeks to solve an issue I had with returning faulty goods and receiving a refund. Fruugo’s customer service was next to none existent, that is until Rhon from customer services stepped in and resolved my problem almost immediately....I mean within 24 hours! This was after almost 7 weeks of dealing with another person, who always took over a week to respond to my email reply’s. It was like pulling teeth....painful. For this reason I must say I’d find it difficult to risk purchasing from Fruugo again. Customer service is THE key to any successful business.
But, as much as I am disappointed with their service as a whole, I must say that if you’re fortunate enough to have Rhon deal with your issue then you are in good hands. Probably Fruugo’s best asset!
