I ordered from Fruugo and was told the items had been posted 5 April. I have still not received them, nor the refund I was promised if they didn’t arrive by 12 May. Customer service is useless and just keeps reverting to the retailer who are doing nothing. Have had every excuse under the sun but no goods and no refund. Absolutely terrible service and company. My first experience with them and definitely my last.
